We never send spam and we never disclose any of your registration information to anyone. We're able to approve (or reject) most registrations within ONE business day. Once approved, the registrant is notified by email (or telephone) and a unique bidder number is assigned.

To participate in an auction, registered users must log-in with the Username and Password that they created during registration. As bids are placed, only the current bid amount and the high bidder's bid number are disclosed. Bidders' names, location, and all personal information is kept strictly confidential. Additionally, our system recognizes and automatically prevents sellers from bidding on their own lots.

At the end of an auction, unless passed over, the high bidder for each lot will be deemed to have purchased that lot and will be notified to that effect by email. The buyer will then be expected to wire transfer $40.00 per head to Premier Internet Livestock Auction and that amount will be deducted from the final settlement. Upon delivery, the remaining amount shall be paid by wire transfer to Premier Internet Livestock Auction.
